Tixly B.V. ("Tixly") provides a sales system for the sales and administration of event tickets and related products (hereafter referred to as "the System" or "Tixly System").
Those who use the System are Tixly "Customers". Tixly Customers are fully responsible for their events and for their own privacy policies.
Tixly is only the technical supplier of the System. All questions regarding the events and the Customer’s processing of personal data should be addressed directly to the respective Customer.
